Tom Schwenk, Eco Broker is sales and leasing agent with Joe Tramonte Realty. He is one of the first real estate professionals in south Texas to receive his Eco Broker certification joining the movement of professionals pushing the market toward energy-efficient, sustainable, and healthier design/features in homes and buildings. Additionally, Tom is the co-founder of Seminars By Design, a company that offers a variety of Health, Safety and Welfare classes as well as business-oriented seminars to interior designers, architects, builders and their suppliers. He is a past member of the Educational and Training Committee of the American Society of interior Designers (ASID) and has been an instructor at the University of Houston Small Business Development Center. Tom is the current past president of the Galveston Historical Foundation, Sergeant at Arms for the Galveston Downtown Rotary Club, Residential Co- Chair of the US Green Building Council Galveston Branch, Board member of ACCT and the webmaster for the San Jacinto Neighborhood Association.
